Standard projects include five revision requests during the established revision window. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope start at $49.

Standard projects typically take 5–10 business days; larger projects typically take 7–14. Timing depends on scope, content, integrations, and responsiveness.

Hosting & maintenance

Hosting and maintenance are quoted monthly, according to the support your business chooses.

Domain ownership

Customers normally own their domain. If requested, builtbya² may register, own, and manage it on their behalf. Ownership and transfer terms are documented in the customer agreement.

Website & source code

builtbya² retains ownership of the website and its source code. Source code can be released upon request; final transfer terms are documented in the customer agreement.

Advanced functionality

Integrations, e-commerce, and unusually complex pages are scoped and quoted separately.
